DRESS CODE

What is the dress code for the Expo and Events?
The dress code is business casual. Wear comfortable business shoes (no tennis shoes) and business appropriate pants (Slacks, No Jeans or Shorts). You will be provided with a CCG Branded shirt for Monday and Tuesday. On Wednesday you may wear a branded top of your choice from this year or a previous event. We will distribute your shirts when you arrive onsite in Chicago based on the shirt size you select when you complete your registration.
Note: Sport coats are optional any of the days. For those presenting, plan to wear a sports coat and button up collared shirt.

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION

How do I get to and from the Orlando airport and the hotel?
Transportation to/ from the airport is on your own. Please plan to take a Taxi or Uber. The closest airport to the hotel is Orlando International Airport.

SHUTTLES IN ORLANDO

Shuttles to/ from the hotel and Orange County Convention Center during the AHR Expo will be provided. The shuttle from the Loews Portofino Bay Hotel at Universal Orlando to Orange County Convention Center departs in 20-minute increments. Shuttle routes will have multiple stops and travel time ranges from 15 minutes to 30 minutes based on location, weather, and traffic. Please allow ample time to travel to and from the venue each day.
