HOTEL RESERVATIONS
The CCG events team has arranged your hotel reservations for the 2025 AHR Expo. Please do not book accommodations independently, as your room will be secured based on the information you provide here and expensed to CCG. Rooms are available with check-in on Saturday, February 8, or Sunday, February 9, and checkout as late as Thursday, February 13, unless you are part of the winter conference.
- Arrival Recommendations:
- Sales Staff: Arrive on Saturday, February 8, or Sunday, February 9, depending on your customer hospitality commitments.
- Product Management & Engineering Staff: Arrive on Sunday, February 9, in preparation for booth shifts starting Monday.
- If you need altered schedule to accommodate ASHRAE conference commitments, indicate your needs in the registration notes.
CCG EMPLOYEE REGISTRATION & CHECK IN
- Location: Loews Portofino Bay Hotel at Universal Orlando
- Collect uniforms, show badges, and registration materials at the hotel, not at the convention center.
- Onsite Check-In Hours:
- Saturday, February 8: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Sunday, February 9: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM EST

EXTENDING YOUR STAY
If you need to arrive earlier for event setup or customer hospitality, indicate your early arrival date during registration. The events team will secure early reservations based on hotel availability and follow up as needed.
PAYMENT DETAILS
A credit card will be required upon check-in for any Incidental charges to your room. You will not be responsible for paying room and tax to your room.
