AIR TRAVEL
Please book your air travel now. All confirmed airline details need to be provided during this registration. If you have not yet booked your flight, you may complete your registration and then come back and update your record with your flight details once ticketed. Deadline to update your flight info in your registration record is January 5.
Flights should be booked as follows:
- Arrivals: Sales Staff, February 8 or 9; Product/Engineering Staff, February 9.
- Departures: Thursday, February 13 or earlier based on schedule.
Note: The show ends on Wednesday, February 12 at 4:00PM EST. For those departing prior to Thursday, February 13, follow the work schedule dates communicated to you by your manager and book your flight accordingly.
AIRPORT GROUND TRANSPORTATION
Transportation to / from the airport in Orlando is on your own. Please take a Taxi or Uber to/ from the airport to the hotel. The closest airport to the hotel is Orlando International Airport.
SHUTTLE TRANSPORTATION
Shuttles in Orlando - Shuttles to/ from the hotel and Orange County Convention Center during the AHR Expo will be provided. The shuttle from the Loews Portofino Bay Hotel at Universal Orlando to Orange County Convention Center departs in 20-minute increments. Shuttle routes will have multiple stops and travel time ranges from 15 minutes to 30 minutes based on location, weather, and traffic. Please allow ample time to travel to and from the venue each day.
